Heart & Spirit, a Women's DRUM CIRCLE
The 1st Friday on every month, beginning August 2 7pm - 9:30 pm

Join us in Ceremony for a fun and enriching night of connecting with like-hearted women to drum, sing, chant, pray and be together in Sacred Circle. Grandmother Drum calls us to gather. Bring your own hand-drum or rattle, or borrow ours. Drumming together is a community strengthing event that is healing on many levels, connecting Heart and Spirit.

FALL EQUINOX - TRANCE DRUMMING
SATURDAY, SEPT 21 7pm-9:30pm

Trance Drumming Circle with Grandmother Drum, Rattles and Hand-Drums! In ceremony, we begin our Circle with prayer and talking stick. Drumming together with intention in shamanic journey to our deep inner knowing, peace and stillness. To openness. After an hour or more, with no talking, we then sit in silence and receive in the potent energy of connectedness, guidence and healing.

Please join us. Bring your own drums or use ours.

ART & SOUL: SPIRIT DOLL WORKSHOP
SATURDAY, SEPT 28 Noon - 5:00pm

Women are creative by nature and Nature helps us to create! On this powerful day, we connect with this aspect of ourselves to nurture and explore possibilities as we awaken and perhaps restore our hidden artistic potential. Sacred Art emanates high vibrational energy.

Connect in Sacred Circle and call in an energetic vortex that supports and enlivens our endeavors. In meditation and prayer, we call upon our creative goddess to guide our hearts and hands to express our powerful feminine essence. It is here that we remember our awesomeness, our depth, and our unlimited potential to embody the sacred feminine.

The energy of the Earth is with us as we enjoy each moment.
The idea emerged in meditation to create a Medicine Spirit Doll to honor our connection to the Divine Feminine. She may be placed on an altar, hang on a wall near our entry way or stand beside our computer. Wherever she ends up residing, she will remind us of our feminine power. And like the Mama Bear of the West, she will be a protector, guardian and way-shower. Her energy will emerge through our hands, our heart and our intention.

Tables of materials to explore! There are many possibilities of how we might proceed as we adventure forth through driftwood, feathers and leather, clay faces, paints, shells & other beach treasures, fabric, beads and a variety of miscellaneous fun “sacred stuff”.
